Detailed Terms & Conditions

• The voucher is non-transferable, and the guest’s name cannot be changed.
  
  
• It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the beginning of the trip. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID must be carried by every person above the age of 18. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driver’s License, Voters Card, Passport. Without a valid ID the guest will not be allowed to start the trip. Please Note- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  
  
• Please ensure that you follow the specified schedule communicated by your travel partner and maintain active communication in case of emergencies. The trip leader is not obligated to wait beyond 5 minutes from the time scheduled.
  
  
• Your stay does not include additional expenses of personal nature such as additional meals, snacks, laundry, room service or any other amenities/services not covered above under the inclusions section. Homestay will charge you directly for all additional expenses at the time of check-out or during stay as applicable.
  
  
• Please note that the forest fee or the trekking fee by department of fee (INR 200) is not included in the package.
