This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations made by users (“Guests”) of the EarthlyGroup website (“Site”) for bookings made through EarthlyGroup.

  1. Cancellation by Guest

Guests may cancel their booking through EarthlyGroup’s website or app. Cancellation terms and conditions vary depending on the specific booking and are determined by the host of the property.

  1. Flexible Cancellation Policy

For bookings with a Flexible Cancellation Policy, guests may cancel their booking for a full refund up to 30 days before the check-in date. Any cancellations made within 15 days of the check-in date may result in a partial refund or no refund, as determined by the host.

  1. Extenuating Circumstances

In the event of extenuating circumstances such as natural disasters, government-mandated travel restrictions, or medical emergencies, guests may be eligible for a full refund or alternative accommodations. EarthlyGroup reserves the right to make exceptions to the cancellation policy on a case-by-case basis.

  1. Refunds

Refunds for cancellations will be processed according to the cancellation policy selected by the host and will be credited back to the original payment method used for the booking.

  1. Changes to Booking

Guests may request changes to their booking, such as modifying the dates or number of guests, subject to availability and approval by the host. Any additional fees or adjustments to the booking will be communicated to the guest prior to confirmation.

  1. Alterations to Confirmed Plans

Once a booking is confirmed, alterations to the confirmed plan are not possible.

  1. No-Show Policy

If you don’t show up during the start of the trip, you’ll still be charged the entire amount.

  1. Contacting Travel Partner
  • It is advisable to call the travel partner directly for any amendments or cancellations.
  • Call the travel partner directly for cancellations. The travel partners can process the cancellation request.
  1. Timeframes

All time mentioned above is in destination time.

  1. Package Cancellation Charges
  • 18% of the Total Package Cost is Non-Refundable.
  • 35% cancellation charge of the total package cost if cancellation occurs between 15 to 7 days before arrival.
  • 50% cancellation charge of the total package cost if cancellation occurs between 7 to 2 days before arrival.
  • 100% cancellation charge of the total package cost if cancellation occurs before 48 hours before arrival.
